Unfortunately, due to the unprecedented amount of robo calls and solicitors, we have made the difficult decision to eliminate our phone number from our website. Rest assured that we will answer you inquiry in a timely manner (within hours) of your submission of this contact form.
Depending on the season (February thru June are the busiest), it can take from 7 business days to up to 10-12 weeks for your order to ship. Click here for current lead time. Custom jigs take longer to produce than jig heads so jig heads MAY ship sooner than custom orders. Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail which can add 1-3 more days (the USPS does not guarantee shipping times). If you need a more accurate window, please fill out this form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality and workmanship of your jigs, jig heads, or fishing lures, please contact us via this contact form and we will respond as soon as we can. Our #1 priority is customer satisfaction.

When your order ships, we will send an email to the address provided with your tracking number. If for some reason you do not receive an e-mail, please fill out this form and we will respond as soon as possible.

We will ship to just about anywhere in the world. Due to the weight of our products, international shipping can become very expensive and USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate is recommended. Even then, there are weight limits on each type of box.
Most orders will ship in a single package. If your order is large and requires multiple packages, you will receive all tracking numbers via the e-mail address you provide.
